The purpose of this reflection article is to guide, methodologically, how the statement of scientific research should be constructed and expressed linguistically. To express it, either orally or in writing, the most effective technique must be chosen since it is about manifesting, in summary, a whole set of essential information and not necessarily what is convenient. For better expression of the statement it is advisable to choose a single technique, in this case a syntactic algorithm is recommended in such a way that it allows to express in summary the essential elements of an investigative statement, which is structured according to the logic of textual coherence and cohesion, made up of the following components: research purpose plus line of research plus study population; additionally, the spatial context and temporal context, as a result we have the research statement. The title of the research activity expressed in this way will allow, in the communication of science, to clearly understand the semantics of the research.
